Agreement on transport services
This transport service agreement between the name of the sender (service provider) and the name of the customer (customer) applies from the date of the agreement and begins with the delivery of the goods or the termination of the contract.
Name of the sender (service provider) delivers to all centers according to the approved distribution plan and instruction. Both parties are responsible for the following conditions:

Responsibility of the carrier
This area of the transport contract template defines your responsibilities as a transporter. Immediately below this, the “Customer Responsibilities” section defines your customer’s responsibilities in relation to this Transportation Service Agreement template.
The name of the sender is responsible for the following conditions:
- The service provider transports the goods to all areas provided by the customer.
- The service provider is responsible for all fuel and maintenance of the vehicles used for the above-mentioned transport.
- The service provider will keep all vehicles used under this contract insured and provide the customer with proof of this insurance on request.
- The entire transport begins within 24 hours of notification by the customer or someone deemed qualified to provide the transport.
- The service provider will properly secure and cover all goods that are transported during the contract in any weather, road or other dangerous condition .
- The service provider ensures the safety of all trucks during transit and works with local officials to ensure the overall safety of all trucks during the Ensure transits.
Personal
The freight forwarder provides and remains responsible for all persons deemed necessary for the transport of goods. All employees of the company have a qualified professional capacity to carry out the transport or rental of trailers.
Customer responsibility
The customer bears all transport costs such as toll roads or unforeseen road charges.
Full payment for all loads carried out is subject to the terms of payment.
The customer is responsible for all goods prior to collection and delivery of the goods.
The customer is responsible for providing a waybill listing all items that will be made available for transport.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery before accepting the delivery.
General provisions

All losses suffered during transport from the place of loading to the final destination will be deducted from the transport invoice.
In the event of theft from a truck by armed men or any other person with firearms, the case will be investigated immediately in cooperation with local law enforcement agencies. The service provider shall not be liable for any loss caused by armed attack until the investigation has been completed and the case has been closed.
This can be changed or expanded with the written consent of both parties.
In the event of a dispute arising out of this Agreement, the parties agree to negotiate an arrangement on this Agreement, or if they fail to reach an agreement, submit the settlement prior to filing an arbitration case.
Penalty clause
This template section defines the penalties your customer is entitled to if delivery is delayed due to your own misconduct or negligence.
Should the delivery be delayed due to misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the service provider, the service provider will be granted 48 hours for delivery. If the supplier cannot resolve the problem within the allotted time, the customer reserves the right to charge the carrier for the delay at the rate of USD 20.00 per tonne per day for each day the convoy / truck is delayed after 48 hours to deliver. In addition, the customer reserves the right to commission another provider to deliver late shipments.
Termination of Agreement
The customer reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time with prior written notification. In the event of such a termination. unless the termination is due to a breach of this agreement by the transport company, the customer must pay the service provider the costs per ton up to the point of termination.
Force majeure
This section of the template protects you from liability in the event that shipping is delayed for one of the reasons listed. It also protects your customer in the event that they are forced to violate this transport service agreement for reasons beyond their control.
delays that occur in the event of “force majeure” when one or both parties are unable to meet their obligations under this contract; then neither party can be held responsible for the termination of the contract. The customer is then responsible for calculating the payment at the tariff per tonne per kilometer until the transport is interrupted.
Acceptance
